Unopened jars can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once the safety seal is broken, we cannot accept returns — that is standard for consumable supplements and helps protect product integrity and safety.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your customer portal.

To request an unopened return, email support@getmajesty.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

Digital products (including downloads) are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.
